PRESS RELEASE

Art Room is thrilled to present its 4th Annual Small Works Show at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center (1300 Gendy St, Fort Worth, TX 76107). Featuring compelling work from local, regional, and national artists, this annual juried exhibition displays an exciting range of entries in a variety of mediums, including traditional and experimental drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, and three-dimensional pieces, all small enough to hold in one’s hands. The show runs from November 13 to December 12, 2020.

Small works invite the viewer to inspect close up and appreciate an artist’s attention to delicate details. Although miniature in size, small works create an intimate viewing experience for the spectator and concentrated artistic style in tiny spaces. With over 100 works of art, the artists’ entries for this exhibition are collectively suspended together like pieces in a large community puzzle.

The 4th Annual Small Works Show features work by Kimberlea Bass, Michael Beattie, Elizabeth Bentley, Lael Burns, Alexandria Canchola, Tony Carranza, Brenda Ciardiello, Eden Collins, Jasmine Cortes, Ron Crouch, Georgie        Cunningham, Curie, Anindita  Dasgupta, Sarah DePetris, Shraddha Dharia, Stuart Everett, Arthur Fields, Mckee Frazior, Jennifer Galanis, Jacob Gibson, Victoria Gonzales, Beronica Gonzales, Ja'Rie Gray, Anna Guillory, Jessica Hilvitz, Bill Holmberg, Laura Hunt, Loc Huynh, Kyung Hee Im, Nosheen Iqbal, Sara Ishii, Katie McKay Jones, Robin Oneyung K, Shabana  Kauser, Claire Kennedy, Maegan Kirschner, Barbara Koerble, Andrea Lamarsaude, Yuni Lee, Benjamin Loftis, Hanieh Madanirad, Laurie Martineau, Brenda McKinney, Jennifer Murray, Elena Nosyreva, Madeline Ortega, Hyun Park, Sydney Peel, Nathan Porterfield, Jeffrey Primeaux, Homer Ramirez III, Margaret S.
