An early introduction to yoga allows students to develop their minds for better focus and teaches them tools that are useful on and off the mat for making positive, empowering choices. We will learn breathing and focusing techniques, flow through simple yoga poses (themed with an accompanying high-quality children’s picture book), sing and dance, play cooperative games, and make some really cool art!
Participants will strengthen their bodies and develop positive self-awareness while cultivating their own set of mindfulness tools that will become instrumental throughout their daily lives.
